Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

On average, most requests are completed in just one or three days. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Most of our designs are created in Figma, but we also use Photoshop and Illustrator when needed.

We developed our own CRM (Start PixelClub) for task management, which makes it easy to share documents, wireframes, links, and other references.

If you prefer not to write briefs, you can also record a short video using tools like Loom.

No worries! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.

Absolutely. However, we do not cover the following types of work:
– Design: 3D modeling, animated graphics (such as GIFs), complex packaging design, and extensive print materials (such as magazines and books);
– Website creation: Projects outside of WordPress with Elementor, Webflow, Framer e/ou Go High Level, complex websites, system development, and integrations. These require a specialized back-end developer, which is not part of our current team;
– Vídeo: VFX, vídeos longos, roteiros complexos e criações cinematográficas.

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Our service operates on a monthly subscription basis. During the contracted period, you can request as many tasks as you like within your plan, with one task being completed at a time. Our team is always available to support your requests.

Due to the subscription model and the high-quality nature of our service, we do not offer refunds. Even if no tasks are requested, the amount paid will not be refunded, as our team and resources remain reserved for you throughout the entire period.
